Summary
Fancy & Funky Salon and Boutique, Inc. is seeking a Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through online chat
Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with online chat platforms and CRM systems
