We are actively looking for dynamic store managers for all four of our locations : Brickell, Doral, Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles.

IMMEDIATE HIRE

As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides exceptional customer service. You will oversee store operations and maintain a clean, organized line store at all times with properly functioning line equipment. The responsibilities of this position require Resaurant Managers to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. Our Restaurant Managers are expected to be outstanding leaders, team-players and problem-solvers.

KEY   RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • In-depth understanding of Restaurant Menu and all food preparation lines, procedures, recipes and dish presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences 
  • Weekly scheduling, employee management and conflict resolution
  • Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees according to existing company policies
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Facilitating and participating in regular monthly employee meetings
  • Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties
  • Monitoring food cost, waste, vendor invoices and daily purchase orders and deliveries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Minimum 2 years of Managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • Bilingual (spanish and english) preferred
