Job Description
Farmers Insurance is seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals to become Retail Insurance Agents. As a Retail Agent, you will own and operate your own Farmers agency while benefiting from the support, training, and resources of one of the most recognized insurance brands in the country.

Responsibilities:
Build and grow a client base through networking, referrals, community engagement, and marketing initiatives
Sell a broad portfolio of Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
Manage and grow your agency’s book of business through renewals and customer service
Hire and develop agency staff as needed to support agency growth
Meet production goals and maintain compliance with company and state requirements
