The Role

This is not your average Sales Development Rep gig. You’ll be at the intersection of sales and marketing — crafting targeted outreach, experimenting with messaging, creating content that converts, and opening doors with some of the fastest-growing startups in the US and Europe.

We’re looking for someone who can write like a marketer, hustle like an SDR, and think like a founder. You’ll work closely with leadership and have a direct hand in shaping how we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage new leads in healthcare and fintech sectors.
• Write high-converting outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social).
• Create and repurpose content that supports our sales funnel (case studies, landing pages, thought leadership snippets).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on messaging strategy and campaign execution.
• Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay to optimize and scale outreach.
• Help build and refine our lead gen engine — from ICP definition to ABM campaigns.

What You Bring

• Business-level English (you can write crisp, clear copy and hold your own on a client call).
• Experience with content marketing — you know how to write to influence and inform.
• Some background as an SDR — you’re not afraid of prospecting, rejection, or iterating.
• Comfortable working across time zones and owning your outcomes.
• A startup mindset: fast learner, self-starter, low ego.
