We have recently started to grow into the grocery sales channel and can now be found in stores like The Fresh Market, Mariano's, Costco and Fresh Thyme.
Our current openings for Seasonal Fulfillment Associate (picking & packing) are from October to December, with the schedule of Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3:30 (full-time) or weekend roles Saturday-Sunday, 7am-3:30pm (part-time). This position is based in Elk Grove Village, IL. Starting Pay: $16.25/hour
Responsibilities and Duties Joining our fulfillment center team means you will be trained in a variety of areas including (but not limited to):
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse software
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment
- Conduct cycle counts, audits and inventory moves using a handheld device
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) as needed
- Understand the day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, systems and processes in order to meet shipping deadlines
- Ability to pivot and change tasks pending business needs
Requirements
- You enjoy working on your feet and being highly active, you must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Reports To: Fulfillment Supervisor
Classification: This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Essential Functions of the Job: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write accurately. Must be able to climb ladders, work standing for extended periods of time and move items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. All employees in this position must be at their assigned stations at the start of their scheduled shift.
