Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance

The Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance will play an essential role in optimizing TireHub's financial strategy, cash flow management, and treasury operations. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, managing cash planning, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance.
This role reports to the Sr. Leader, Strategic Planning, Risk & Assistant Treasurer.

Role Specifics:
Financial Forecasting & Analysis (60%)
· Maintains and enhances complex short-term and long-term financial models, including TireHub’s long-term operating three statement model and 13-week rolling cash forecast.
· Performs scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and support planning.
· Conducts ad-hoc feasibility analyses to support strategic initiatives or expansion projects.
· Generates actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data.
· Monitors financial performance metrics across distribution centers.
· Prepares and delivers regular financial reports for senior leadership.
· Coordinates with business units to gather data inputs for forecasting models.
Treasury & Cash Management (35%)
· Manages daily cash positioning and ensure optimal utilization of company funds.
· Monitors bank account balances and transactions to maintain adequate liquidity.
· Monitors and analyzes cash flow trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
· Assists with bank relationship management and treasury services.
· Supports compliance with credit agreement and audit reporting requirements.
· Collaborates with accounting to ensure accurate cash reconciliations.
· Identifies and implements process improvements in cash flow forecasting.
Training & Compliance (5%)
· Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
· Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
· Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, or;
· 7+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, or related finance role.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting methodologies.
· Advanced Excel skills, including three statement financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex financial analysis.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Basic understanding of banking systems and treasury operations.
· Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
· A valid REAL I.D. Driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Work Environment
· This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
· Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
· This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
· Must be able to travel up to 10%.
