What You’ll Do:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models to analyze trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with business leaders to develop accurate budgets and forecasts that guide company decision-making.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to keep senior leadership informed.
Strategic Support: Evaluate new initiatives, contracts, and investment opportunities from a financial perspective.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure data accuracy and financial alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Skills: Experience modeling and having gone through a full budget and forecast cycle are the main skills needed. Recurring revenue and fintech experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Excel).
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Communication: Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, impactful insights for leadership.
