Due to our growth, we are adding a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to work as a key contributor within a Pod-based team, responsible for technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, hands-on development, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, a problem-solver, and committed to continuous learning. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will lead large projects, act as a thought leader, and foster collaboration to ensure solutions align with business goals.

***Please Note: This position requires availability to work Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time Zone hours.***

What will you do in this role?

1. Define and implement processes across all technology layers for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
2. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers on project strategies from concept to delivery.
3. Mentor and support junior engineers’ career development.
4. Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
5. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
6. Work closely with stakeholders and discovery teams to align technical and business goals.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PT.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Proficiency with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript (ES5/ES6), OOP, SQL, and API development.
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, VueJS, testing frameworks, task runners, and WordPress.
• Leadership experience, familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, caching, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Our salary range for this role is between $113,000 and $143,900 , based on experience, skills, and location. We also offer comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) match, and more.
