Our client, a leading player in the HR technology sector, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Global HRIS team supporting various payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Sr. Payroll Analyst

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $30-40/hr

What's the Job?

• Support the overall ICT Payroll strategy and drive efficiencies in configuration to enhance global team operations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive functional and technical services.
• Proactively monitor and resolve system-related issues impacting user experience and data integrity.
• Lead projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Manage day-to-day payroll changes, including configuration and role-based permissions.

What's Needed?

• Experience in complex organizational problem-solving and data analysis.
• Proven track record in managing mid- to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy laws.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes related to HR and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in ADP Payroll Systems
