At Slack, we’re on a mission to make work simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive programs at the intersection of product, technology, and go-to-market strategy — turning big ideas into business impact. Why this role matters: You’ll be a strategic connector across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, ensuring that technical execution directly supports customer value and company growth. Your initial focus will be Product-Led Growth initiatives — improving ACV through experimentation, billing infrastructure, purchase flows, and reducing team attrition. What you’ll do: Drive programs end-to-end, from ideation and design through build, launch, and adoption. Translate business goals into clear execution plans for technical teams — and vice versa. Partner with engineering, data science, design, product, marketing, sales, legal, and security to bring features to market. Build scalable operational systems that streamline planning, testing, releases, and outcome measurement. Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and craft mitigation strategies. Influence leaders across functions with clear storytelling, connecting day-to-day execution with strategic outcomes. Create repeatable processes that balance speed, quality, and impact. What we’re looking for: 5+ years leading cross-functional programs spanning product/engineering and business functions. Strong technical literacy (able to scope projects and engage engineers) and GTM fluency (experience with sales, marketing, or growth teams). Track record of uniting teams with competing priorities to deliver results. Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution. Experience building and scaling operational systems in fast-paced, agile environments. Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity for how things work, and a drive for continuous improvement. Bonus points if you have: Experience in growth, self-serve, or product-led growth environments. SQL or scripting skills to dig into data. Familiarity with tools like Jira, dashboards, or analytics platforms. At Slack, you’ll join a diverse, collaborative team that values humility, curiosity, and impact. If you love solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and aligning people around big goals, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Salesforce, Inc..
