Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers. Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes and other Server side components. Experience in writing highly performant Web Applications and an eye for detail. Experience in performing test code written on ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Work on building processes on ServiceNow. Lead projects, and implement. Work with QA team to make sure all the defects are fixed and the final product is ready for customer release. Work on radars and deliver them within the project timelines. Highlight risks/concerns to Apple leads. Detailed documentation of the functionality through code and also in the internal Project management tools. Qualifications Experience in HRSD module of ServiceNow is a plus.
