The ServiceNow HRSD Developer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to streamline HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. This role will focus on designing HR workflows, integrating with other HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy and security while optimizing the platform for performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Employee Document Management Design and implement HR workflows, knowledge bases, and self-service portals Develop and maintain HR service catalog items and record producers Configure and optimize Employee Journey Management solutions Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (HRIS, Learning Management Systems) Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems Implement and maintain data privacy and security controls Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics Perform system upgrades and testing Implement and maintain HR automation processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology Proven experience in a delivery architect role, ideally within a consulting environment Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD suite (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Document Management) Experience with ServiceNow Platform (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics) Proficiency in REST APIs and web services for HR systems integration Experience with HR systems integration (HRIS, Learning Management Systems) Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or proven recent experience in system administrative duties in ServiceNow ServiceNow Implementation Specialist-HR and Application Developer certifications are added advantages Certifications ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, particularly in HRSD, are highly desirable.
