As a Simulation Engineer, AI & Data, you will be part of a high-impact team applying cutting-edge AI technologies to advanced simulation workflows. You will work closely with engineers and IT teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions for complex computational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to integrate AI into CAE, CFD, and FEA applications while collaborating directly with customers and development teams to solve real-world problems. The position balances hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration, enabling innovation in high-performance computing environments and supporting next-generation product development across diverse industries.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and integrate AI technologies into complex simulation and CAE workflows.
  • Collaborate with agile engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for high-performance computing challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of AI software products.
  • Stay current with advances in simulation, AI, and cloud computing technologies to ensure best practices.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Advanced degree (Masterโ€™s or PhD) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • 5โ€“10 years of professional experience in simulation engineering, AI, or data-focused roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in software development and key technologies such as PyTorch, Modulus, PyG, CUDA, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and CAE/CFD/FEA tools.
  • Experience applying AI techniques to engineering or simulation workflows.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills in remote or distributed environments.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 โ€“ $150,000 USD per year.
