We are seeking Skilled Order Selectors to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in high-volume order selection and is capable of working quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-paced environment. Location : Wallingford, CT

Schedule :

• Sunday, 1 pm until done
• Monday - Thursday, 5 pm until done 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately select and build orders based on pick sheets, voice-pick, or handheld scanner systems.
• Operate electric pallet jacks or fork reach forklifts to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Stack products securely and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report inventory issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in order selection or warehouse operations required.
• Experience with electric pallet jacks (EPJ), forklifts, or other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (e.g., cold storage, dry goods, etc.).
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
