About the Role Apptium a TD SYNNEX company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our customer-facing product. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from vision and strategy through feature planning, execution, and customer engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-impact outcomes.
What You'll Do - Define and communicate product vision aligned with SaaS strategy and customer needs.
- Own the roadmap and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and release cycles.
- Establish intake processes and prioritize features based on data, customer input, and business impact.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, share roadmaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support sales and marketing with tailored demos, competitive insights, and go-to-market alignment.
- Leverage product analytics to drive decisions and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate on budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, scalable delivery.
- Build strong relationships across teams to foster transparency, accountability, and alignment.
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Managements or equivalent role. SaaS/PaaS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and SaaS delivery models.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
