We seek a consistent, driven individual with proven selling skills to join our innovative Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team. Each representative will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining high sales levels. Our Pharmaceutical Sales Representative responsibilities: Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means. Utilize knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, pharmaceutical markets, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs. Manage sales territory and develop customer relationships. Establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Participate actively in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings. Demonstrate honesty and integrity, modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies on business and compliance matters. Perform other related duties as required. The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep qualifications: Some sales experience or abilities in quota-driven roles. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Proven high performance and a strong aptitude for learning. A high sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service. Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities. Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred. Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented culture. Maintain high integrity and ethics at all times.
