\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
\n
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Perform triage and assess patients promptly.
\n
• Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with patients and families.
\n
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an emergency room setting.
\n
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume emergency department preferred.
\n
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications.
\n
• NIHSS certification required by start date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
\n
• Strong teamwork mentality with flexibility to float within the emergency department.
\n
