\n Your Role & Responsibilities:
\nAs an Interventional Radiology Rad Tech, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality radiologic images, supporting neurosurgery/neuroscience patients, and working alongside a compassionate, skilled team. Your responsibilities will include:\n\n

\n\t
• Operating X-ray equipment, including CR and DR systems, and assisting the radiologist during procedures.\n\t
• Administering oral contrast and preparing patients for radiographic/fluoroscopic exams.\n\t
• Collaborating with department members to solve problems quickly and efficiently.\n\t
• Maintaining patient privacy, respecting their rights, and showing empathy in all interactions.\n\t
• Completing all assigned procedures in a timely manner and assisting with other tasks when time permits (like clerical duties or stocking).\n

\n What We’re Looking For: \n\n

\n\t
• Experience: At least two years of experience, ideally with Interventional Radiology (IR) experience. If you come from other modalities, don’t worry—we offer a comprehensive training program for IR.\n\t
• Licensing: Must be licensed in New York State and hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.\n\t
• Skills: Proficiency with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.\n
