What You’ll Do   

• Turn down the bed, remove trash, tidy the room, clean the bathroom, remove used towels, straighten guest belongings, replenish ice, among other tasks 

• Conduct visual room inspection upon completion 

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines 

• Perform Room Attendant and other housekeeping services, as requested 

• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner 

• work alone or with a co-worker. 

Qualifications  

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus 

• Ability to spend long periods walking, standing, bending 

• Trustworthiness with accessing guest rooms required 

• Professionalism to work independently with minimal supervision 

• Reliability and availability for evening shifts 

• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and be able to climb stairs 

• Must be willing and able to interact with guests and co-workers and be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests 

• A great attitude is required with ability to work weekends/holidays
