We're looking for an Experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead our thriving team and support our expanding hospital. Get to work directly with the practice's original founder, as well as the Innovetive PetCare Support team.

What You'll Do:

• Champion a great client experience 
• Manage, plan, and coordinate the practice’s daily operations
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Partner with the Managing Veterinarian and Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term goals
• Coaching and mentor the staff and provide feedback and performance reviews
• Champion the culture and financial health of the hospital

You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• MBA or CVPM a strong plus 
• 3–5 years of management experience 
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine investment in team and practice success
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and empathy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and follow through to completion
• Confidence in setting expectations and holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive environment
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive, productive relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Practice Management Software
