About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary Vice President, Global Marketing to lead the development and execution of world-class brand marketing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating consumer-led ideas that inspire brand loyalty, drive long-term profitable growth, and enhance brand presence through integrated, omni-channel campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in global brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and omni-channel execution. The VP will be the strategic connector between global and local markets, ensuring consistent and compelling brand storytelling and product activations. They will also be instrumental in rewiring marketing processes to deliver an efficient go-to-market calendar with a DTC-first mindset. Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Marketing include building brand marketing programs grounded in consumer insight, elevating the execution of global big ideas, and delivering clear and directive marketing briefs and assets. The role demands a dynamic individual with deep consumer, trend, and industry insight, and the ability to connect strategy to business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital, social, and performance marketing, with a focus on content, loyalty, and growth. They should be adept at leading large cross-functional teams, operating effectively in complex organizations, and have a reputation for innovation and inspiring teams with a compelling vision. A minimum of 15 years of marketing leadership experience with a global scope is required, along with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through integrated campaigns.
