Job Description

Our esteemed client in Chester County, PA are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at there Chester County, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment and be comfortable operating within various temperature-controlled storage conditions. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, material handling, inventory management, and supporting warehouse systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely picking activities for shipments and material destruction.
• Work in multiple temperature environments including 15–25°C, 2–8°C, –20°C, –80°C, and –140°C.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of client materials across all depot storage environments.
• Ensure all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) inventory areas remain tidy and free of clutter.
• Perform shipper maintenance tasks, including inventory checks, ordering, and rotation.
• Update and maintain virtual inventory systems and documentation.
• Track and manage temperature monitoring devices.
• Initiate, complete, and manage physical and electronic warehouse moves within the SOLO inventory system.
• Organize and manage incoming material shipments as needed.
• Assist with processing returned materials.
• Consolidate inventory to optimize space and maintain order.
• Perform monthly cycle counts, ensuring warehouse management system (WMS) matches physical inventory.
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to manage and organize inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a GMP or regulated environment.
• Comfortable working in ultra-low temperature environments with appropriate PPE.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems (WMS, SOLO) is a plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
