The Job

Join a productive, easy-going team in a people-first warehouse environment. Help ensure the efficient and timely receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of high-value products every weekday with Saturday overtime available, but not required. This job is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with a full hour lunch and breaks throughout the day. Overtime is usually available, but always optional.

Responsibilities

• Receive new products daily. Verify shipments, count them and enter them into inventory.
• Scale-count and bag small to medium sized products and label for storage.
• Use carts and mobile scanners to pick parts and package them for shipping.
• Follow production order forms to assemble parts into kits for bagging and labeling.
• Package, weigh, and ship boxes and pallets of product, ensuring every item is accounted for.
• Cooperate with a team to share the load and make sure we're always ahead on shipping product.
• Participate in Quality Control by measuring and verifying correct size and material of parts.
• Help with the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and our inventory.
• Provide helpful feedback where procedures can be improved.
• Contribute to the culture of safety, positivity, and gratitude our team has cultivated.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn processes quickly, performing them efficiently on a daily basis.
• Willingness to ask questions, retain knowledge, and correct errors.
• Ability to work smart and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail, especially when filling orders for shipping.
• Willingness to maintain a professional attitude and get things done.
• Some interest in technical parts and their important role in our daily lives.
• Personal commitment to integrity, transparency and accountability.
• Ability to take direction and receive constructive criticism and feedback from management and peers.
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
