Warehouse Manager

PrideStaff is seeking an innovative and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Mooresville, NC. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven leadership skills who can take initiative to improve processes and manage a small team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

Location: Mooresville, NC 28117 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $45K-60K annually *Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a small team of 2-3 warehouse associates.
• Take initiative to develop and implement new strategies for warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
