What to expect day to day: Get Paid to Stay Fit & Be a Key Player in Our Warehouse Team!

• As a Warehouse Order Picker , you won’t need a gym membership—lifting, moving, and powering through up to 6,000 lbs. of product per hour gives you a full-body workout while getting paid.
• Operate electric pallet jacks to cruise through the warehouse, building and staging pallets like a pro.
• Pick and prep customer orders with accuracy and care—your attention to detail keeps our business thriving.
• Make safety your #1 priority as you lift items up to 80 lbs. and stay alert on the floor.
• Work in cool environments (as low as -25&degree;F in the freezer)—but don’t worry, we’ll gear you up and keep you comfortable.
• Keep things precise—your sharp eye ensures every order is right, every time.
• Stay connected with your team—communicate clearly, share ideas, and help improve how we work together.
• Perform daily equipment checks—we don’t take shortcuts when it comes to safety.
• Step up—literally. You’ll be hopping on and off an 8-inch step regularly throughout your shift.
• Be proud to be part of a union position represented by Teamsters Local 690—we’ve got your back.
• Take on other tasks as needed—you’re a team player, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality —being on time and showing up consistently is key to crushing it in this role.
• Strong communication and organization skills to help keep things running smoothly.
• Able to read and follow detailed instructions with confidence.
• Comfortable working in a time-sensitive environment , where meeting deadlines matters.
• Self-motivated —you can get the job done with little to no supervision.
• 18 years or older —this is a must to join the team.

• Starting salary $23.71 per hour , with guaranteed multiple pay increases within your first year!!!!!!
• Step 2; 1040 Hours Worked - $26.34 per hour.
• Step 3; 2080 Hours Worked - $28.32 per hour.
• Step 4; 4160 Hours Worked - $30.30 per hour.
• Step 5; 6240 Hours Worked - $32.93 per hour.
• Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June!
