We're looking for Pick Packer to join our Operations team. Your work will ensure orders are pulled, packed and shipped appropriately so our patients get the medication they need at the right time. Keep reading** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday : Hours schedule TBD **Why join Cigna?** + Health coverage effective day 1 (including medical, dental, vision) + Holiday, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Overtime (OT) pay + Weekday shifts with rare weekend differential available + Annual bonus potential based on performance + Social distancing precautions in place (masks required, daily temperature checks, 6 ft. distancing, hand sanitizer stations, regular deep clean of facility, staffing limitations in breakrooms, etc.) **How you'll make an impact:** + _Ensure process efficiency_ - Pull and verify orders, manifest cartons, verify accuracy of order, stack and shrink wrap orders for shipment. + _Pay attention to detail_ - Verify orders are accurate and packed according to specifications: extra dunnage, ice, and special instructions. + _Be a team player_ - Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse and pack stations, restock pack stations, return totes and carts to proper areas. **What you need:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Six months of work experience in a distribution center environment preferred. + Basic computer skills and RF unit experience helpful. + Ability to read, write and type in English.
