We’re looking for a web designer who can balance brand discipline with creative boldness. Someone who knows that sometimes the best work comes from staying perfectly on-brand, and sometimes it comes from flipping the whole thing on its head (strategically, of course). This role sits at the intersection of craft and curiosity. The right candidate will dive into the details, experiment with new techniques, and never stop asking “what if?”

You will move seamlessly between digital and print, designing everything from e-newsletters and web pages to event graphics and social campaigns. Because you will be working alongside a team that values ideas as much as execution, your voice will matter here.

Responsibilities

• Design across multiple platforms, including print, digital, web, social, and event experiences.
• Translate brand guidelines into work that feels fresh, relevant, and unexpected while maintaining coherence.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to concept and execute campaigns that get noticed.
• Bring ideas that challenge the status quo while understanding when to play it clean and classic.
• Keep designs adaptable and responsive across devices and formats.
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines without sacrificing creativity.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and design conversations that push your skills forward.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio that shows both restraint and risk-taking.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
• Experience designing for digital applications with an understanding of responsive web design.
• Strong command of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to give and receive creative feedback with professionalism.
• Bonus points for motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design skills.
