Overview: We’re building the most intelligent community of Wealth Advisors on the planet, and we’re searching for a creative and detail-oriented Webinar & Podcast Producer to bring our live webinars and podcast series to life. This role will be essential in shaping compelling content that resonates with elite financial professionals and keeps them coming back week after week.
From planning to post-production, you’ll oversee the entire content cycle. You'll work directly with the host and leadership team, manage the guest pipeline, develop insightful segments, and turn conversations into multi-channel content.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Guest Development
● Research timely topics, market trends, and industry-relevant stories.
● Bring new show ideas to the table that engage and educate Wealth Advisors.
● Develop questions, scripts, and run-of-show documents for each episode.
● Book and manage a roster of high-quality guests including top advisors, authors, sponsors, and financial leaders.
● Reach out to guests via phone and email to coordinate details and ensure full participation.
● Maintain a content calendar and queue of upcoming guests.
Live Production & Broadcast Management
● Oversee the technical execution of each live show, from setup to go-live.
● Coordinate with the production team all music, sound effects, intros, and outros to keep the show high-energy and professional.
● Prepare host and guests with talking points, show flow, and tech checks.
● Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure a smooth experience.
Post-Production & Marketing Integration
● Create content clips, highlight reels, social graphics, and written recaps.
● Work with the marketing team to package shareable content for guests and the broader community.
● Help repurpose show content into app posts, newsletters, blog articles, and more.
● Make notes during broadcasts to inform future episodes and guest reappearances.
Collaboration & Innovation
● Partner with leadership and the host to align on goals and evolve the format.
● Contribute creatively to making the show fun, energetic, and advisor-focused.
● Use your experience to elevate the audience experience and deliver ongoing value.

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience producing podcasts, webinars, or live broadcast content..
● Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
● Comfortable coordinating guests, managing schedules, and editing content.
● Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Riverside.fm, Descript, Adobe Suite, etc.
● Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
