Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful deployment of Workday SCM modules. This role involves managing end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of Workday SCM functionalities, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership:
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday SCM implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Implementation Oversight:
- Manage configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday SCM modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management).
- Ensure data migration and integration with existing systems are accurate and timely.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues promptly to minimize project impact.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, Workday standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Workday SCM implementation.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP/SCM projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Workday SCM modules and functionality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
