Through our partnership with Bluepeak, Fairway Hills is excited to offer residents high-speed internet with speeds up to 500 Mbps. This speed can support up to 20 simultaneous 4K video streams while maintaining fast browsing speeds for other devices. This allows for multiple users to be on the same network without experiencing significant slowdowns, making it perfect for households with multiple users.

For residents requiring even more speed, you do have the option to  upgrade to a higher speed. You can start with our standard 500 Mbps amenity package through Fairway Hills and then upgrade to Bluepeak’s 1 Gbps (Gigabit) package by paying only the difference in cost. This upgrade comes with an added benefit: no equipment rental fees. By choosing the 1 Gbps package, you’ll not only enjoy fast internet but also save money on equipment costs in the long run.

As part of our new internet amenity package, all participating residents will receive a high-performance Arris Modem and an Eero 6+ Router at no additional cost.

The Eero 6+ Router offers exceptional coverage of up to 1,500 square feet and can effortlessly manage connections for over 75 devices simultaneously. This makes it an ideal solution for households with multiple users or for entertaining guests without compromising internet speed or stability.

While we highly recommend the Eero 6+ for its superior performance and ease of use, we understand that some residents may have specific preferences. Therefore, you have the flexibility to use your own compatible router if desired.

Effective mid-December 2024, Fairway Hills will no longer offer Basic Cable TV as an amenity. This change is due to our service provider, Bluepeak, transitioning from traditional Cable TV to a new Internet-Provided TV service.

Key Points For All Residents:

1. Internet Requirement: To access the new TV service, residents must have an active internet connection.


2. Separate Service: The Internet-Provided TV is NOT included in Fairway Hills amenities. It will now be a separate package that residents can purchase directly from Bluepeak.

Features of Internet-Provided TV (Dependent on your TV package):

• DVR Capabilities: Record shows, series, and extend viewing time for live events.


• Standard Package: Includes 50 hours of DVR storage.


• Upgrade Options: • 100 hours DVR for an additional $5/month • 300 hours DVR for an additional $10/month

Alternative Options to Internet Provided TV:

1. Streaming Services: Consider YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, or similar platforms.


2. TV Antenna: Affordable option for local channel access, available at retailers like Walmart.
