Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location:  Rockville, MD
Job Type: Contract (6-Month Contract, Potential for Extension)
Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Processing invoices primarily through Auditoria ((task driven AI software) to streamline accounts payable tasks
• Responding to all accounts payable related inquiries with professionalism, polished communication, and a strong customer service focus
• Setting up suppliers, initiating supplier changes, and updating supplier information via Auditoria and directly into Workday
• Leveraging Workday as a research tool for invoice and expense report processing
• Uploading invoices and expense reports, with training provided for processing expense reports using VIB Files

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience with large organizations in a automated environment, with familiarity in ERP financial systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Purchase Order experience is required
• Experience with automation, AI, OCR, or automated systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Proficiency in automation systems and AP Software, experience with Auditoria or Concur is a plus
