Job Description & RequirementsRN Position Job Notes:
\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Patient ratio of 5:1
\n• Must have telemetry experience with ability to read strips
\n• ACLS certification preferred
\n• Work with remote telemetry equipment
\n• EMR system: MediTech
\n• Care for post-operative surgical patients
\n• Manage cardiac drips including amiodarone, diltiazem, and heparin
\n• 29-bed med/surg unit with potential overflow to 39 beds
\n• Night shift staffing includes charge nurse, 8 RNs, and ACT from 10pm-10pm
\n• High energy unit environment
\n• Must demonstrate hard work ethic, fun personality, and high energy
\n• Unit located on 5th floor of main hospital building
