Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing daily programs and events. Lead one-on-one, small, and large group activities. Encourage residents to participate and stay active. Support residents’ emotional, physical, and social well‑being. Help document participation and communicate resident needs. Qualifications High school diploma required; experience in senior living or recreation preferred. Creative, outgoing, and compassionate personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
