Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold a Medical Doctor degree, Board-certified or working toward it in Psychiatry, and possess a current Texas License.
  • Uphold the highest standards by following your professional licensing entity's Code of Ethics.
  • Stay sharp by completing continuing education to keep your license active.
  • Remain in good standing with your professional licensing board like a true superstar.
  • Master the ins and outs of Medicare, Medicaid, and various reimbursement programs.
  • Be a cultural connoisseur, skilled in serving diverse populations with sensitivity.
  • Communicate effectively with everyone - staff, community, and the public.
  • Thrive under pressure and remain calm even when things get hectic.
  • Juggle multiple deadlines like a pro and prioritize tasks with finesse.
