Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our growing service department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial HVAC service. This role requires management skills for organizing techs, technical ability for backing up your techs when they have issues in the field, communication for interacting with existing customers and bringing in new ones, along with the organizational acumen to keep everything moving smoothly. Duties: - Managing client accounts, assigning techs to maintenance and service calls based on their experience levels - Providing backup to techs in the field - Communicating promptly with customers - Writing preventative maintenance agreements and repair proposals - Regularly visiting client sites to ensure quality of work - Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards Requirements: - Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Manager - Strong HVAC technical knowledge - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate both in person and through email - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Willingness to get out in the field and do the dirty work when needed - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ownership mentality Company Description About Us Bay Air Systems is a leading full service Commercial / Industrial HVAC Contractor.
