We're seeking an experienced Project Manager for a well-established construction company in Fond Du Lac. Job Duties

• Manage construction projects ranging from $200k-$300k (with occasional larger projects up to $15M)
• Oversee office remodels, door replacements, drywall work, and related construction activities
• Work primarily from the office with site visits to locations within 2 hours of Fond Du Lac
• Collaborate with the estimating team and field personnel
• Manage both negotiated (40%) and hard bid (60%) projects
• Utilize modern construction technology and equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in general construction as Project Manager or Superintendent ready to advance
• Experience with smaller construction companies preferred
• Background in subcontracting or residential construction considered
• Familiarity with concrete and carpentry work beneficial
