Project Manager – Residential Construction

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $90k-$140k

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded residential construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential renovations and new construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5+ years in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or assistant project management role. Ground up construction experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project scheduling software, budgeting, and reading blueprints.
  • Certifications: Massachusetts Supervisor Construction License (or equivalent) preferred.
