About the Role

R77 is supporting a fast-growing international business in its search for a skilled Customer Support Agent fluent in Finnish and Swedish , with strong English communication skills. Based in Malta, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer satisfaction and ready to join a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Finnish, Swedish, and English
• Deliver high-quality customer support by resolving queries promptly and professionally. 
• Assist with account issues, payments, game-related queries, and technical troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex cases

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and service quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Finnish and Swedish (spoken and written) is a must
• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role , preferably in iGaming, tech, or digital services
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support platforms is considered  an asset
• Must be already based in Malta or willing to relocate (no remote option)
