We are looking for a college student to support our Finance team. We will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school. What You Will Be Doing Support Cvent's Accounting team Enter manual invoices into Great Plains accounting system Review & process daily invoices and expenses Maintain communication with vendors Answer employee inquiries regarding expenses Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for the month end close Assist in processing weekly check runs Filing of checks, invoices, and expenses Other duties as assigned What You Need for this Position The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the school year, if possible. Currently enrolled in Accounting or Finance courses, working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Able to drive or commute to Cvent's offices in McLean, VA Prior office experience preferred (but not required) TO BE DELETED
