Job Overview:

Bill Lake Modular Homes is seeking a Framing Carpenter to join our expert modular construction team in Sprakers, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll be integral in crafting the framing structures of our precision-built homes-assembling floors, walls, and trusses that form the backbone of our residential projects. Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to plan framing layouts.
Measure, mark, cut, and assemble lumber using hand and pneumatic tools.
Frame floor systems, walls, and roof trusses accurately to specifications.
Erect structures safely and efficiently.
Anticipate and troubleshoot issues based on framing design.
Maintain quality craftsmanship and adhere to construction best practices.
Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of carpentry or construction experience (preferred but not required).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability.
Able to lift heavy materials and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
Valid driver's license (preferred).
Personal hand tools (preferred)
