岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
• 全面负责门店的日常运营管理 / Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant
• 确保安全运营，保障顾客、员工满意度 / Ensure safe operations and maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction
任职要求 / Qualifications:
• 热爱餐饮行业 / Passionate about the food & beverage industry
• 2年以上连锁餐饮店长经验或自主创业经验 / Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant chain or as an entrepreneur
• 管理过20-30人团队 / Experience managing a team of at least 20–30 employees
• 中英文沟通无障碍 / Bilingual in Chinese and English (required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff and customers, and to read documents)
• 熟悉美国餐饮法规 / Familiar with the U.S. hospitality industry health and safety standards
• 灵活排班，每周至少5天、每天10小时 / Flexible work schedule required: specific hours may vary based on business needs and may require at least 5 days/week, 10 hours/day
• 能长时间站立工作 / Ability to stand for extended periods of time as needed
• 熟练使用/ Proficient in Microsoft Office
