Nurse Practitioner Commerce CA (15 min SE of LA)

Urgently Hiring
PT- 1 day per week
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning practice part time (1 day per week) in the LA area at our office in the City of Commerce. Our providers offer treatment options customized to each patient. Ideally, we need a Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in orthopedics and/or pain management and is proficient in joint and trigger point injections.
Job Responsibilities:

• Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing
• Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
• Office-based procedures- trigger point and joint injections
• Referral to other providers as indicated
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner license in CA
• Experienced in Orthopedics/pain management and joint/trigger point injections preferred

Schedule:

• 1 day per week (preferably Mondays but we are flexible)

Salary:

• $80-$85 per hour plus potential bonus compensation (depending on experience)
