Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator, you will:

• Support the preparation of technical documents including presentations, newsletter articles, and other publications on cybersecurity-related topics; best practice and risk analysis documentation; marketing content; developing and maintaining templates for consistent and appropriate communication methods and deliverables.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of office supplies; asset management; onboarding and offboarding staff; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and other administrative and logistical support.

This is a part-time hourly position. What you will need:

• 3 years of experience managing office materials
• 3 years working in an office environment with technical IT personnel

Security Clearance Level:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Location:

• This position is on site at the US Courts, Washington DC.

Timeline:

• This is a contingent posting, expected to start late 2025/early 2026.
