Responsibilities in fast paced contracting office to include but not limited to:
- filing and file management
- data entry and management
- answer phones
- reception
- emails
- scanning
- typing
- billing

* proficient in Word and Excel with some use of Adobe

+ experience in contracting office preferred
+ light experience with Quickbooks a plus
