Tenant & Lease Administration Responsibilities Serve as the primary tenant contact, addressing concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Manage lease administrat i on tasks, including rent collection, renewals, and occupancy reporting . Prepare reports on building performance, occupancy, and tenant relations . Responsibilities Oversee building finances : budgeting, rent collection , expense tracking, and financial reporting . Coordinate with senior management on financial planning and capital projects . Ensure accurate preparation and submission of reports. Maintenance & Construction Oversight Responsibilities Manage daily building operations, including repairs, maintenance, and janitorial services . Conduct regular property inspections and oversee preventative maintenance schedules. Coordinate vendor contracts, service providers, and construction/renovation projects. Ensure compliance with building codes , safety regulations , and corporate policies . Skills Needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving and decision‑making ability. Organizational and multitasking strengths. Budgeting and financial reporting proficiency. Analytical and detail‑oriented approach. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices. Vendor and contractor management.
