Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled  Power BI Developer to join our growing  Data Warehouse team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights for key business stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical foundation, an eye for detail, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data warehouse architects, ETL developers, and business users to gather and define reporting requirements.

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance and scalability.

• Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, and calculated columns to support complex analytics needs.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all Power BI solutions.

• Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to the evolution of BI best practices.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to encourage adoption and self-service analytics.

• Ensure compliance with organizational data security policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

• Flexible and adaptable to shifting business priorities.

• Proven track record of building positive working relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, ideally within an enterprise data warehouse environment.

• Advanced knowledge of  Power BI Desktop ,  Power Query , and  DAX .

• Proficiency in  SQL for data extraction and transformation.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schema, fact/dimension tables).

• Power BI Certification is a plus.
