About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s focusing on the front end of product marketing—someone who lives for great product launches, thrives on cross-functional hustle, and loves helping sales teams win. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes strategy-only role. You’ll be in the mix: shaping go-to-market plans, getting products into customers’ hands, and making sure everyone has what they need to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Product Launch Management

You’ll lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring all teams (product, marketing, sales, ops) are aligned and on track. This includes everything from timelines and deliverables to tracking and adjusting the execution as needed.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

Collaboration is key! You’ll be the glue that holds together multiple teams—working with product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness. You’ll manage inter-team communication and help facilitate decisions on marketing campaigns, product positioning, and distribution

  • Sales Enablement

You’ll own the toolkit that empowers sales team to tell the product story: think sell-in decks, launch briefs, one-pagers, training docs, and FAQs. You’ll also lead internal rollouts and make sure our teams feel confident and ready.

  • Market & Competitive Insight

Keep a pulse on category trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior. You’ll gather insights to support launches, refine positioning, and help the team stay ahead of the curve.

  • Support Portfolio Renovation, Pack Changes, and Geographic Rollouts:

This includes managing packaging changes, renovations, and expanding product availability into new geographic markets—ensuring these initiatives are executed smoothly and aligned with the broader GTM strategy.

  • Post-Launch Performance & Optimization

After launch, your work is not done. You’ll dig into what worked (and what didn’t), collect feedback, and work with teams to optimize future efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in product marketing, brand marketing, or category management—ideally in CPG/FMCG, retail, or DTC
  • Proven success leading product launches from concept to shelf/digital
  • Experience working with sales teams or marketing
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with syndicated data (Nielsen) or in omnichannel/eCommerce
