Job Description Job responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects Establish, adjust, and maintain work sequences to meet project schedules Review construction contract documents for constructability and accuracy Review baseline construction budgets with man-hours and equipment, with support from field supervision, estimating, and executives Prepare and negotiate small change order requests Prepare and negotiate claims with Prime or Client Prepare/review submittals, RFIs, and close-out documents as necessary Perform small estimating activities related to managed projects Monitor and track productivity using company tools Coordinate specialty crews (ITS, drilled shafts) with project managers to maximize productivity Participate in internal scheduling meetings Conduct material take-offs Order and release materials as needed Assist field crews and management to ensure timely completion of work Coordinate field personnel allocation and resources with the support of area(s) general superintendent(s) Applicant knowledge: Experience in highway lighting, traffic signalization, ITS, signing, tolling, and DOT projects Strong skills in Microsoft Office This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company 401K plan.
