Source, screen, and interview candidates across various rolesOnboard and support new hires through orientation and training.

Prepare and present reports and documentation to leadership.
Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Maintain organized, accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recruiting/ talent acquisition experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Ability to build rapport
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
