ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is an insights-driven organization whose mission is to help marketers make smarter, more educated media strategy decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and evolve email database by adding new names, classifying and segmenting into groups for customization and targeting.
• Develop lead-nurturing strategies to grow and drive further engagement with the audience.
• Own the execution and performance optimization of monthly email newsletters, as well as identify best practices to improve engagement rates.
• Lead weekly reporting across marketing channels, updating KPI dashboards, identifying trends, and surfacing actionable insights.
• Lead the team in long-term analytics projects, including the annual KPI review, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with team leads to assist in executing integrated marketing plans across a variety of marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, Social, email marketing, website optimization, integration of content points into conferences/panels, op-eds development and press.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in media, advertising, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and familiarity with the video advertising landscape
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data, research, and analytics (Google Analytics required)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva and PowerPoint (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (basic HTML a plus)
